Training provided in the following:

Day to day factory tasks ;

-Material Store management/Production material management

-flow maintenance of information and material from one department to another.

-Wastage control of production/non production materials

-Timely issuance of POs to supply chain and make sure necessary stocks are taken into account.

- Review, check and balance manpower costing of production floor and try to keep costs under control

-Compliance as per buyers requirements

-Targeted Hiring

-Learn to develop smart check lists to keep an eye on all departments in an efficient manner.

-Learn to multi-task and work under high pressure situations

-Daily email communication within factory departments, vendors, head office, customers etc

-Maintain company integrity

-Finding balancing solutions to satisfy all stakeholders i.e employees, factory owners, customers, suppliers

-Staying involved in the product to understand customer requirements.

-Arranging daily meeting between production departments.

-Keep record for all subscriptions and certifications and make renewal on time.

-Maintain floors as per brand compliance and be prepared for surprise visits by brand reps

- Maintaining relationship with local customer office

-Work on factory budgets with senior management and highlight necessary changes timely

-Work with HR to lock worker strengths and budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

License/Certification:

  • MBA from either LSE or LUMS? (Required)
