Technical Assistant to the President [Philippines]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares bidding documents and proposal
  • Manage scheduling for the company
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Licensed Architect
  • At least 2 to 5 years work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Building, Construction, and Safety codes and standards
  • Fields of Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Trades Construction Management Facilities and Grounds Management
  • Quantity Survey Sustainable Programs / Energy Conservation
  • Construction Industry Material Rates Skills Proficiency in Technical Software / Computer Programs Technical Writing / Freehand Drawings and Sketches
  • Willing to work on various sites
  • Can join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
