Kāpura's Airport Sites are on the lookout for a Duty Manager to join the team!
Kāpura own and operate 5 venues at Wellington Airport:
- The Blue Lady - an American Diner themed venue, serving top-notch burgers and cabinet food
- United Brew Works - a perfect venue to enjoy a beverage and snack before your flight
- Fortune Favours Pop-Up - serving locally brewed beers & ciders
- Percival - Your coffee stop when you're on the go!
- Lil Rosie's - A Cantina and Taco joint offering Californian street food!
We are looking for team members who are keen to work across all the sites, who are keen on an early morning or two and love to brighten people's days! Our Airport team usually provide visitor's first or last experience of Wellington's legendary hospitality, so we are all about providing outstanding service to everyone who pays us a visit!
What we’ll love about you...
- You will have hospitality experience managing a team in a busy venue!
- You can do early starts (often as early as 5.00am)!
- You have ambition to grow within the hospitality industry and with Kāpura!
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills!
- You will be able to shift gears as required and be able to relax and roll with change & pressure!
- You are going to be a team player, with the ability to build great relationships with customers and your team members!
- And for compliance purposes, you'll have a valid LCQ/DMs license!
