Job Description
Our client is a trading company, now looking for a CEO (Automobile, $6500, ID14277):
- In charge of managing the entire operation of the company.
- Responsible for the overall strategic planning, direction, growth, profit of the company.
- Ensure current and future company goals are met as expected by management in terms of sales growth, profitability, security, product quality, talent development and other activities.
- Ensure smooth running of finance, human resources, operations...
- Monitor all operations and business activities, ensuring business objectives are achieved, in line with the overall strategy and mission.
- Examine financial and non-financial reports for solutions or improvements.
- Build relationships of trust with key partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze problems and provide solutions to ensure the Company's survival and development.
- Other tasks as requested by the General Director.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: <50 years old
- Master Degree of Business Administration, Economy, Finance, Marketing…
- At least 7 years of experience in management position, of which at least 3 years as CEO of a company with over 300 employees;
- Experience in operating in companies in the fields of: retail, finance, trade, ... especially truck business is prefered
- Have a deep understanding of the principles of corporate governance, financial management, corporate capital...
- Good at English/Chinese
