Sometime need to work night swift
Need to have experience in renovation
Finish on-hand given project on time
Create and implement Standards and hold people accountable
Able to multi-task and perform timely reporting
Independent & fast learner
Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
Resolves issues and disputes
