We are a dynamic Business Center seeking an experienced and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our members receive excellent customer service while supporting the smooth running of our center.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, reporting any issues to management.
Schedule and coordinate meeting room reservations, ensuring rooms are set up and ready for use.
Assist with organizing events and workshops for members.
Manage membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Support the sales team by providing tours of the co-working space to potential members.
Keep accurate records of member information and billing.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a co-working space or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Knowledge of co-working spaces, facilities management, or hospitality industry is a plus.
