We search for a Fulfilment Excellence Director (f/m/d) - preferably with fast-moving consumer goods experience. The role is based in Zug, Switzerland and reports to our Director IBP, Ardagh Metal Packaging - Europe.

Your Mission:
Leading the regional Supply & Demand functions and ensure the fulfilment of customer orders across Europe. In this role you act as an agent of change in installing common measurements, working practices and enhanced productivity across the business
.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the change in an intricate technical environment (short-term regional planning) and develop clear and relevant measures for customer service
Drive regions transformation and standardization – process and tools, including standard S&OE process and Customer Fulfilment administrative efficiency
Understand changes of the short-term planning and impact on fulfilment in volumetric and financial dimensions in order to perform gap closing measures if necessary
Optimize transport and warehouse deployment to drive customer profitability and customer service level
Ensure Fulfilment of inventory build ‘shape’ (mix of Runners, mix of customers etc.) and execute the logistics plan
Requirements:
Profound experience in operations management and delivering change in complex and ‘charged’ environment
Ability to connect with key stakeholders to initiate change on an organization-wide scale
+10y strategic experience in a leading fulfilment role
Masters' degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science or similar
The role is based in Zug, Switzerland
