Job Qualifications:
· At least HS Grad Old Curriculum / SH Grad New Curriculum
· Must have at least 1 year of BPO International Voice experienced
· Good listening, verbal and written communication skills
· Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
· Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati
Job Responsibilities:
· Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
· Assisting customers by responding to their questions
· Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
· Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer
· Providing excellent customer service 24/7

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
