The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the company's operations. They will work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to assist with their administrative tasks, as well as provide support to the wider team. The Admin Coordinator will also be responsible for managing accounts payable, collaborating with the outsourced accountant team, updating Xero, updating employee records, and basic HR policy documents.
Key Responsibilities
- General day-to-day administration tasks and remote work coordination.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and CEO to assist with their administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team.
- Manage accounts payable.
- Collaborate with the outsourced accountant team.
- Update Xero.
- Update employee records.
- Maintain basic HR policy documents.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior administration or office management experience.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, use initiative, follow-through on tasks, and communicate clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
