Admin Officer - Shahrah-e-faisal / Karachi. [Pakistan]


 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Karachi. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, managing correspondence, and coordinating with different departments.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth functioning of the office by managing day-to-day operations

Manage and maintain records, files, and databases

Coordinate and communicate with different departments

Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Manage and coordinate schedules and appointments

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports

Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Liaise with external service providers, such as vendors and contractors

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

2 years of experience in office administration or related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Knowledge of office management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be willing to work flexible hours when required
